Hi, there, I’m Wednesday, a one-year old guy with bold brown and black tabby markings. (I have an alias, “Domingo,” which is Spanish for Sunday. I’ll answer to either name, when I’m in the mood.) My brother Friday and I have been together since our birth into a litter of kittens named for days of the week; we’re a bonded pair and a package deal. We’re looking for a new home because of a baby that’s getting all the attention these days.
I tend to be a little shy with new people, but once I warm up to a new family I’ll make biscuits on your lap before curling up beside you on the couch, where I'll welcome head and neck scratches and tummy rubs. Human toes are fascinating to me—and shoes are okay, too, especially when they’re covering toes. I like keeping track of human activity and will be on hand to assist you with cooking and washing dishes.
When my assistance in the kitchen isn’t needed, we can play together with wand toys, especially mice and anything with feathers. I love to play and wrestle with Friday; we chase each other around, and we’ll add a little music to your home with the purring, meowing, and trilling sounds we both make as part of our games. I also enjoy quiet time, lounging on a window seat and watching the birds outside a window. Sometimes I like to nap with all four paws in the air—not a care in the world!
