I’m Twix, a one-year-old boy with ticked brown tabby fur who has experienced some upheavals lately. First I was a stray on the street; then a would-be adopter discovered that my energy level was too high for her blind senior cat. And now, here I am at AWLMC, waiting for my life’s next chapter. Luckily, I’m a confident, easy-going guy who can adapt to new situations as they come. It helps that I expect the best from people, so I don’t wait long before getting affectionate! I’ll give you lots of head butts, and if you pick me up I’ll nestle right into your arms and meow softly to tell you how happy I am. You can even rub my tummy! I’m still getting the hang of lap-sitting, but I’ll stay close to you on the couch and in bed at night. And I’ll keep you entertained with my joyful play with string toys and small balls and zipping up the cat tree. I love playing with people and other energetic young cats.
