My name is Stella. My mom and dad thought I was such a cute little all black kitten that they adopted me. But they didn’t realize I would still be this playful and active at four years old – and underfoot – which makes them a little nervous at their ages. They still think I’m adorable and love me. While they don’t want to give me up, they think it might be better for all of us if I find a more active home with playful humans less concerned about tripping over me. Here are some of my favorite things – playing with water, laps for cuddling and napping, watching birds outside the window, string toys to chase, and sleeping with my humans! I have a big purr, love to give head butts, and will rub against your legs to let you know how happy I am. At first, I can be a little shy, but once I’m comfortable I turn on my charm, affection, and will want to play.
