My sad beginning is being dumped from a van during a snowstorm. What a shock that was! The bright side is I am an all-black kitty that stood out really well in the white snow and I was left in front of the house of cat lovers who immediately took me in from the cold! They named me Salem and tried to integrate me with their five cats, but they would not accept me into their pack. So here I am at AWLMC looking for another warm home.
I am a curious, active, and affectionate one-year-old boy. I am a great conversationalist, especially around mealtime. I love my humans and shower you with purrs, headbutts, lap sessions, and even a neck warmer on your shoulders when we’re sitting in a chair. You can pick me up and carry me around. I really just want to hang out with you all the time. I enjoy an active household and will greet our visitors at the door with welcome meows and leg rubs. Regular play sessions are a must! I love wand toys and battery-operated ones that keep on going, but try any toys with me as I like to be entertained. Think I might be a good addition to your home?
