Nice to meet you, I’m a 4-year-old cute as a button calico tortie. My former humans thought I resembled a white/multi color little peach, hence my name, Peaches. I was originally adopted as an 8 week old kitten and I am still a very petite and soft little girl. I was surrendered because my family really enjoyed entertaining people, and let’s just say I prefer a MUCH quieter environment. It’s taken me time to adjust at this nice place but I have made leaps and bounds and am remembering how much I would like to have a human or two in my life again. It does take me some time to become comfortable in my environment, but once I do, you will find me cuddling on your lap, on your tummy or even on your shoulder, purring away! I’ll keep you company as you are getting ready for work, then will escort you down the stairs as you leave for the day. And when I hear the garage door open, I’ll be right there, waiting at the door for you so we can pick up where we left off. Let me tell you about my favorite hobby- PLAY TIME!!!! My specialty is wand toys and mice, my hunter side comes out and boy, those mice will never have a chance with me! Fetch is also one of my skills, if you throw that bouncy ball, I will chase it down and carry it right back to you. When I finally tire, and it takes a while, I love cuddling, and if you find that sweet spot during a chin rub, I may drool a little. I’ve not lived with other animals but I think I’d rather it just be my adult humans and me, since loud groups and lots of activity scare me.
