"Night" in Latin is Noxis – that’s me! Nox for short -- black like the night sky, except for a white spot on my chest. I was adopted as a kitten and so happy until there were 4 human babies ages Newborn to 5, I was OK with 3 but 4 we just too much for me. Nox is described by his foster as a lively, intelligent, companionable kitty. He seems to be nocturnal in his habits, and is well behaved and responsive. He is OK with being petted and he w enjoys 'flopping' on carpet and bare floors, rolling around like a kitten. He will allow you to pet his back and belly while he did this. He loves attention, petting and talking with you. If I feel you are ignoring me I will either meow, nudge, or softly tap you with my paw. I can be a bit skittish and hide when there are loud noises, but I recover fast! Windows with a cat tree and view are an absolute must for my sunbathing and bird watching. I love to take naps on your lap. I am a bit shy at first but will warm up quickly. My mom said to warn you that I like to tear and chew on tape, especially shipping tape when attached to a box. So, you’ll have to keep those out of my reach, or I may swallow the tape! Also, I am not a fond of carriers but can be enticed with treats! My favorite toys include feathers on a wand, anything with catnip in it, and my treat maze. I would prefer a quiet home, a child over 7 is OK Well, how about it? Come by so I can try out your lap for napping!
