Hi, I’m Mo, one half of the Mo & Moo brother duo. I’m 11 years old and black all over; he’s a 10-year-old orange tabby. We were abandoned along with the other cats in our former home, and we languished for almost a year at the Allegany County Local Shelter, till AWLMC whisked us away. We’ve had some tough times where we had only each other for support, but you wouldn’t guess that, seeing how well adjusted and content we both are. Now we’re ready for some fun years together. I’m a big boy (the size of a small Maine Coon), calm and collected as you’d expect given that I’m well past kittenhood, but still surprisingly agile, playful, and curious. I love spending my days patrolling my foster home, looking out the window from the top of the cat tower, and trying to fit myself onto people’s laps. Moo is even livelier and more playful than I am. People seem to get a kick out of calling him “Mr. Moo,” but I am NOT calling my kid brother “Mr”! He loves to chase felt mice, string toys, balls, and anything else he can get his mittens on. Our foster mom says he’s like a dog, since he gets excited meeting new people, loves belly rubs, and will shove his face into yours for nose kisses. He even wags his tail! We both enjoy the company of other cats, as well as each other. And we can’t get enough of spending time with people! We’re eager to settle into a home with someone who will love us forever. If you’d like two loving and affectionate cats with cute, soft meows and trills to enter your life, here we are!
