My name is Minni. Here are some key facts about me: I’m a seven-year-old girl with dark gray fur and golden eyes, and I live for human affection! My shyness in a new environment won’t last long; soon I’ll start venturing out of my safe space to explore new parts of your house, and, before you know it, I’ll be curling up next to you on the couch and following you around like a true Velcro cat. Pets, head and butt scratches, belly rubs, any way you want to touch me is just fine. According to my foster mom, my most irresistible move is rising up on my hind legs to meet your hand, like a meerkat. I’ll rub my face up against any part of your body I can reach, especially your hands and feet. I also enjoy playing with laser and string toys, and I’ll use my unique, raspy meow to converse with you on topics of your choice.
My former people had to move and couldn’t take me along, but they gave me some valuable life experience; I’ve lived comfortably with women, men, dogs, and other cats. Hanging out with people is my favorite thing to do, but I also know how to give you space. When you’re busy I’ll just survey the birds from my cat tree and then take a long snooze.
