Hi there! I'm Midnight, a playful and affectionate 2-year-old fluffy black beauty. While my journey began with an elderly owner who unfortunately couldn't care for me any longer due to some difficulties, I'm still the same sweet girl with a soft ME-ow.
Back in my previous home, I was quite the social butterfly, always by my owner's side, whether it was following her around or curling up on her lap. I'm outgoing with new people too, spreading my affection wherever I go.
In foster care, I was a bit timid in my new surroundings and jumpy around the slightest noise, but I'm definitely not afraid of people – even young children. In fact, I thrive on affection and playfulness, eagerly rubbing against legs and seeking out chin scratches.
Speaking of play, it's one of my favorite pastimes! I'm particularly fond of wand toys with birds on them, and I'll eagerly chase after laser lights or toy mice. Oh, and rolling balls? Count me in! I've even had some playful banter with the elderly dog in the house, though it's all in good fun. When I'm not busy playing, you might find me lounging by the window, keeping an eye on the birds and squirrels outside.
