Meet Manuel – an easy going 2 year-old, gray and white DSH boy who was brought to the County Shelter as a stray. Not much is known about his background, but we can tell you from his foster mom that he has a happy disposition and really enjoys petting sessions. He loves to be around people. He will follow you from room to room, purr up a storm, and occasionally carry on a conversation with you. So come by to chat with him and be showered with purrs!
