Hi, I’m Luna — a 6-year-old gray domestic shorthair with big, curious eyes and a personality that shines as bright as my galaxy-inspired name. I’m being surrendered, along with my brother Night and my sister Sky, because of allergies affecting a newborn in the family. We’re a non-bonded trio, but I do enjoy chasing my siblings around the house — you can definitely hear our zoomies coming!
I’m playful and a little mischievous. I love bringing you “gifts” — toys, socks, and even random clothing items — just to let you know I’m thinking of you. Sometimes I’ll meow dramatically while carrying them, and my voice can range from “monkey chatter” to something that sounds like I’m saying “mom.” I’m also a fan of hide-and-seek, especially if there are empty boxes around. And yes… I do have a soft spot for licking plastic. Don’t ask me why, it’s just my thing.
When strangers come over, I might hide at first — but once I feel safe, I’ll be asking for pets, snuggles, and attention. I love to be held, will sometimes flop on my back to wiggle under the chairs, and I’m known to make “slobbery biscuits” right on top of you. I’m endlessly curious — about food, toys, and anything that moves — and I’ll slowly investigate anything new that comes my way.
What I’m looking for is a loving home where I can be the center of attention, get lots of pets and kisses, and never run out of playtime or affection. If you’re ready for a smart, silly, and sweet little galaxy cat, I’m ready to make your world brighter.
