Despite what the song says, you don’t even have to be a girl for this Little Diamond to be your best friend. I’m a 3-year-old little lady with a black face, a white bib and whiskers, and big, sparkling yellow eyes, and I love people! Living outdoors for a while, I felt and probably looked like a “diamond in the rough,” so it was a relief when rescuers scooped me up. I’m pretty sure I had a home at some point; I’m MUCH happier now that I’m back indoors where I belong.
I’m eager for attention, affection, and petting. Need help with anything? I’m quite a creative typist, and I’ll be glad to assist with any household tasks, hoping for frequent breaks for petting and snuggling. You’re welcome to pick me up, and once I get to know you, I’ll love relaxing on your lap. If you’re busy, I’ll just lounge near a window and enjoy the outdoor sights. The other cats in my foster home made me nervous, but maybe they were just too lively; I might make friends with a quiet, gentle cat.
