Hello, I’m Jovi, the sweet, gentle half of a pair of 2-year-old brothers. We are both gray and white tabbies with silky soft fur. You can tell us apart because the cute white stripe on my nose is narrower and I’m bigger than my brother Sixx. Sixx and I love each other and we love people. Our former person loved us so much that she wants us to find a new human family that can spend more time at home with us.
I will show my affection by rubbing up against you and purring while you pet and brush me. When I am sleepy, I can be a lap cat too. My brother and I lounge together and groom each other. I am my brother’s keeper – I make sure he is around for treats and take turns when we play with toys.
While I’m affectionate from the start, I am very shy about new surroundings. Maybe a bit of a scaredy-cat too about loud noises. Once I am settled in, I can’t resist chasing strings and lasers. I have fun running around the house with my brother. I also get excited looking out the window at birds.
I’m a pretty clever guy. I like doors to be open and can open them myself if they have horizontal lever knobs. I use the scratching post and will obey the house rules.
