Who would name their kitten Gizmo? Mine would! Because my kitten talk sounded just like the character Gizmo in the movie Gremlins! I also answer to Gizzy and Gizbo. Now 2 years old, I am a handsome orange tabby with white and still have a repertoire of sounds from soft and loud meows to purring and snoring! I am a happy boy except that one of the two dogs in my house constantly chases and harasses me which means I mostly stay in the basement where I am too lonely. So, my humans asked AWLMC to help me to find a home where I can live without being afraid of the dogs and be out and about with my people where I am happiest.
While I can be a little bit shy with new people, I’m really quite engaging and very curious about my surroundings. If you bring something new into the house, I’ll be sure to help you check it out. I’m still very playful and enjoy most toys – balls, laser lights, string or wand toys. But one of my favorite things to do is play tag with you. I will run up to you and then run away so you can chase me. That means I have lots of energy for us to have play time! I have a very affectionate side too, even though it was hard to show with those darned dogs in the house. I haven’t been a cuddler in the past, but I do want to be where my humans are and will be on the couch next to you. I just love hanging out with my humans. I also enjoy a comfy spot by the windows to see what is going on outdoors. I’m not sure, but I might like a home with other pets who are not aggressive and do not pick on me.
