I am Freya, a 3-year-old dilute tortie DMH female kitty. I was named for the Norse goddess, Freya, who was known as a party girl but was also a lady. Call me Lady Freya, the party girl goddess! I have spent my entire life in one home as the only goddess in residence, but they are moving and can’t take me with them. I am going to miss snuggling up in their bed – I like to sleep behind their knees or on a pillow. Their loss - I’m looking forward to my next furever party!
A couple of more things about me – I love, love boxes and bags! My imagination goes wild when I am in a box – it’s my mythical chariot with me on the way to my next party. A bag could be my party dress. What’s not to like? I also mostly come when my name is called – it’s the invitation to the next party – or to my supper, which is just as good. I am also enthusiastic about feather or worm wand toys – I totally forget my dignity when they are in the vicinity. I do like a tall cat tree so I can survey my domain, both outside and inside. Goddesses do that, you know. Because I am a goddess, I do expect much of your attention but in return, I am affectionate and playful. We might just be perfect for each other.
