Hi there! I'm Dori, a shy but curious 8-year-old tortoiseshell female. I’m a bit of a quiet explorer, and it takes me some time to get comfortable around new people and places. Even after I am comfortable, I’m still very curious about everything—every new thing in the house is a mini adventure for me, and I scope out every nook and cranny there is! My namesake is Dora the Explorer after all!
I do also love being petted, and when I want attention, I’ll nudge your hand with my head to let you know it’s time for some love. While I may be a little shy, I do like to be near you on the couch or chair and will lay beside you in bed.
One of my favorite things to do is chase after wand and feather toys. There's nothing like a good chase to keep me entertained! I'm also a little chirp-meow-er, so when I want your attention, I’ll make this adorable chirping noise instead of the typical meow.
I was surrendered after me and my chihuhua/pomeranian friend in my previous home stopped getting along so I would really prefer to be your one and only. Come meet me today!
