Hello, I’m Dewey, a delightful seven year old male orange tabby. You might confuse me with my bonded best buddy Huey. Just look for the white star under my chin to tell us apart. Sadly, our beloved human has serious health issues so AWLMC is helping us find a new home like the one we left - full of love and attention.
Huey and I are both curious and friendly with new people and love attention. I love to sit and lay on your chest looking for head scratches. When getting comfy on the bed I make super fast biscuits. Sometimes you might find me under the comforter looking like a very toasty lump!
My favorite perch is a cat tree near windows. And I love a good scratching post. Random noises can startle me but I am a fierce hunter of strings, balls that make noise, and feather toys. And let's not forget the laser toy - yes indeed! Most fun of all is playing with Huey.
