Admit it -- when you saw my picture you thought "I need to pet that beautiful long black fur", didn't you? I get that reaction all the time! Hi, my name is Dark and I'm a 2 year old boy with long black fur and a big fluffy tail. I don't know why my previous owners named me "Dark" because I am nothing but sunny and bright! (Ok, maybe it's that previously mentioned black long fur, but still....) My previous family felt that I deserved more space and love, so here I am at AWLMC looking for a new home. That home had a family with two kids (age 9 and 15) and two other nice cats so I'm used to all sorts of interaction and fun. As soon as I’m settled into my new home I’ll be sure to give you love and affection too, and if you're lucky I'll even show you my belly! As far as playing, I’m a fan of the wand toys (love those feathers!) and am happy to chase that little red laser dot too. I also carry a plastic flower around the house – hey, a guy’s gotta love what a guy’s gotta love! I’m hoping you’ll like to brush me, because I want to keep this beautiful fur all shiny and nice looking. Playing, being brushed, being petted – ahhh, that’s the life for me. "Super sweet and loving" are the words I heard someone use to describe me -- I hope you will agree when you meet me. Shall we meet soon?
