Greetings Harry Potter fans! Do I look familiar you you? It’s probably no surprise to you that my name is Crookshanks! Yes, I do bear a striking resemblance to Hermione’s cat, with my long orange coat and Persian (mix) features. I don’t know how old my namesake was, but I am a 4 year old guy and after spending some time at the county Local Shelter, I’m looking for a loving home. I’ve been enjoying my time in my foster’s home, where I get along well with the other cats in the house and the dog too. Those cats and dog are fine, but I think humans are even better! I am a bit of a “Velcro” cat; I love to sit beside humans all day and night, being petted, brushed, and generally getting all the love I can take. Perhaps I’m a *retired* Crookshanks, because unlike the Hermione’s cat, I am not necessarily looking to eat spiders, run after gnomes, or jump on anyone’s head. What I really want is a home that’s a bit more like me: gentle, quiet, and full of love. Do you think you are ready for my “magic”? Let’s meet!
