Hi there, I’m Cream — a 6-year-old orange and white tabby boy with a heart as soft as my fur. I was surrendered after my owner could no longer care for me, possibly due to a family member’s allergies. Even so, I stayed my sweet, affectionate self, greeting every visitor at the shelter with a gentle purr and hopeful eyes that said, "Take me home, please."
I’m an easy-going kind of guy — the kind who doesn’t flinch at loud noises like vacuums or fireworks, and who makes friends easily with both people and other pets. I’m great with kids, and I warm up to new people almost instantly. While I’m not overly energetic or wild about toys, I love cuddles and pets. If you hold out your hand, I’ll trot right over, purring and kneading with happiness. Brushing time? Oh, don’t get me started — I’ll rub my whole face into the brush and turn into a full-on purr machine!
At night, I’ll find my way to your bed, even if I was napping somewhere else. I just want to be close — to share a little warmth, some gentle head-butts, and a whole lot of love.
I do have a little quirk: a leftover sneeze from an untreated upper respiratory infection as a kitten. Several vets have checked me out and say it’s nothing to worry about — just part of my charm.
