Do you remember the good old days, when a popular boys’ nickname was Buster? The person who named me did! I’m an orange and white tabby, and in case you don’t know, we orange tabby boys are known for our sweet, affectionate dispositions. I’m no exception to the rule! I was loved and happy for the four years of my life so far, till my person passed away. Her daughters have taken care of me for the last couple of months, and they wish I could live with them, but one is allergic and the other has five cats already. They agree that to know me is to love me, so their loss can be your gain!
It may take me a while to adjust to my new home, but once I get to know you I’ll be your absolute best friend, waiting for a chance to snuggle on your lap and get pets or brushing. I'll be happy to keep you company in bed at night. If you offer me a treat, I’ll sit up on my hind legs to take it gently with my front paws. My favorite toy is the fishing pole with the feather, and you’re welcome to introduce me to other toys. I’ve heard great things about this red laser dot!
I was the only cat in my home, but I’ve already found a playmate at the shelter, and we explained to the volunteers with lots of meows why we would be ideal roommates. So I’m keeping busy for now, but I can hardly wait to meet my new family and settle down in my new forever home!
