Would you like to meet a cat that’s also a big, sweet teddy bear? Look no further, because that’s me, Bear! I’m a seven-year-old, all-black boy who is laid back and mellow and ready to enjoy everything the world has to offer. I lived on the street for a while, but I must have had a home at some point, because I’m super social and well-mannered right from the start. It’s obvious that I love people, and living in a foster home has confirmed that I belong indoors. Getting snuggled, rolling around, and showing you my belly for more focused pets are my favorite activities. I’ll treat you to my deep, rumbling purr when I’m happy, which is often. When I want more attention than I’m getting, I might hold up my paw to flag you down. Playing with furry mice and feather toys is good in small doses, but pretty soon I get tired of that and go back to my default mode, which is just hanging out next to you or nearby, being my mellow self. I also enjoy cuddling with other cats, and I get along fine with small dogs. (I don’t have anything against big dogs; I just haven’t met one yet.) Come in and meet me, and let the cuddling begin!
