I've found my furever family!

Hi! My Name Is Ashley

We're happy to tell you that Ashley has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Cats Page to see the cats currently available.
A truly kind person found this tiny cat in a junkyard and brought her home. He named her Ash because she was covered in ash colored dirt. Once she was cleaned up, he discovered she is a lovely Dilute Tortoiseshell and renamed her Ashley. This tiny girl then surprised him by giving birth to four kittens!

At one-year-old Ashley still loves to play and any toy will do although her favorites are wand toys with feathers. Ashley is very engaging and not shy. Her rescuer describes her as outgoing and friendly even with strangers. She is chatty and will carry on a conversation with you. Her reputation for being an affectionate purr machine is well established. This little biscuit-maker will curl up in your lap, next to you, sleep with you, and be picked up and snuggled. She especially shows her affection by hugging your arm or hand and licking your nose with kitty kisses. An absolute must-have in her new home are windows with activity where she will spend hours watching people and animals.

She lived without drama with other animals but prefers people. She lived with gentle children who are accustomed to  having pet kitties. She likely would be happier with a busy household and more than one human to interact with rather than a quiet home. Ashley is ready and waiting to pick out her new family. Stop by to see if it might be yours!
