If you have any hesitation about meeting a cat named Alpha, you can relax. I’m not that cat! My name is Alfa with an “f”, and my personality is about as un-alpha as any cat’s can be. I’m a quiet, sweet, three-year-old girl, white with distinctive black tabby markings, and my main ambition is finding a soft place to sleep, preferably close to a loving person.
I’ve spent most of my life up to now in a quiet home with one young woman, but when she moved away to a college dorm, her request to bring me along was denied. I’m still a little off-balance, finding myself in new situations with new people. My first instinct is to hide in a safe space, like under your bed, and it may take me a while to come out and explore.
