Frank was rescued around 7-8 weeks of age from an outdoor colony. He has made remarkable progress in becoming the most affectionate kitty who loves to snuggle, but he can be nervous around new people. His wand toy and foam balls are his favorite. He carries them around the house and may even bring one to bed when he sleeps with you. Foam balls make the best "fetch" toy, and that is Frank's favorite game! He has the softest and most sleek medium black hair, and a long, poofy tail. Frank does get along with other cats, but would do just as well in a home without other pets, as long as he has a variety of toys to play with and a person to snuggle with!
Frank has a noticeable limp following an FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery in June. He is not in pain, and his mobility is expected to improve over time. He also carries Feline herpesvirus, which doesn’t cause him any significant side effects but can be contagious to other cats, particularly those that are unvaccinated.
