Hey! Berkley here! I’m a 7-year-old gray and white tabby girl who loves toys and cuddling. I am very curious and want to explore and check out new things that are brought into the house, and I LOVE boxes! Whatever you are doing, I want to do it with you. I was adopted a few months ago, but my new senior cat sibling and I didn't quite get along so well. But don’t rush to judgment…it’s only because I am so playful and full of energy that I wanted the house and humans all to myself just like I might not want to share you with another pet!
I also love chasing the laser dot or balls up and down hallways or stairways (we can both get our exercise!). String and wand toys are also favorites to pass the time and burn some of my energy. Once I’m tuckered out, I will join you on the couch either next to you or on your lap for a good snuggle. And I definitely want to be your sleeping buddy in bed. I’m quite the communicator too. My squeaky meow means I’m hungry. I speak my mellow meow when I want your attention to play or cuddle. I greet you at the door with a delighted trill and tail high! And when I’m content you will know by my loud purr.
So how about it? Will a well-behaved only kitty companion who is very playful and affectionate be a good addition to your life? I hope so because I’m just waiting for the right person!
