Does your home need a beautiful panther? That sounds like a job for me, Martin! I’m a six-year-old, 14-pound boy, all black except for the tiniest white spot under my chin, with bright yellow “big cat” eyes. I’m in search of a new home after recent upheavals, starting when my beloved person died. Rescuers came right away and took my buddy, but they but didn’t know I was there! I spent a couple of days in a closed kitchen cabinet, wondering what my world was coming to. I’m VERY glad to be out, regaining confidence and learning to trust new people. Since I’m still getting comfortable with this new world, I may spend a few days guarding your house from under the bed. But soon I’ll be following you from room to room, batting ball and mouse toys around. I absolutely love being petted, and I’ll rub all over you to encourage you to keep it up. I’m a bit hesitant about jumping into laps, but I’m perfectly happy to let you pick me up and put me on yours. My old buddy and I got along fine, so I’m definitely open to sharing a home with a new cat friend.
