Why hello there! I’m Blake, a 5-year-old handsome brown and white tabby boy. I was surrendered to another Local Shelter and then the nice volunteers from AWLMC scooped me up. I am an easy-going guy who loves being loved on! I have lived with adults, young children, another cat, and even turtles! I am initially cautious of new surroundings and may hide for a while to feel safe in a new place. I like to think of myself as an independent mature guy that loves being petted, brushed, and hanging out wherever my humans are. I am not much into laps, but once I know you am fine with being picked up and carried around. I am kind of a big guy, weighing in at around 16 pounds, but that just means more of me to love. My foster mom says I am also athletic, friendly, and have perfect manners. I am very content to just hang out and chill but I do really love running after the laser pointer and string.
