Hi y’all! My name is Banjo and I am a super cute 1-year-old orange tabby cat. My person and I had a nice life together until he sadly didn’t have enough money to give me some basic care I needed. I might have gotten my name Banjo because I like to sing at times. I can be pretty darn chatty after I get to know you. I am kind of shy when I first meet new people or am in a new space. So what do I enjoy doing for fun? Well, I like to play. I enjoy playing with anything that moves through the air and I am really good at catching things and dragging them around with me. I love to have my head petted. I will even stand on my back legs so I can be closer to your hand, that is how considerate I am. Other than feathers that go flying through the air, I like to play with my toy mice and my catnip apple. Did you know that those things can fly around the room? It is pretty fun to watch and to chase after. I also REALLY love to play in my water bowl. How else is a cat supposed to drink if he doesn’t move all of the water around and put it on the ground? It is also really good for cleaning my paws. I like other cats but might need some reminding that other cats’ tails are not always a toy or that some cats may want privacy when using the litter box.
